on paper label with owner's name "Micajah Speakman", box shaped
to fit hat and lid, both covered with cream wallpaper stenciled
in grey and gold, lid lined with printed paper having scriptural
writings on inside, lid has ink script, "M. Speakman/West Nan_/
Chester Co. Pa.", possibly Quaker, (box damaged and part of lid
