Striped silk brocaded with small scattered flowers, wide shallow neckline with diagonal pleats radiating out to shoulders, full puffed sleeves, inset waistband, skirt pleated with gathers at center back, brass hooks, linen bodice lining, crinoline sleeve lining, bobbin lace trim, possibly 1790s Spitalfields fabric, (period repair at back closure, few tiny snags to silk at back, one tiny hole in skirt front, some missing brass hooks) good.
